The Cocktail Reception
This is a great idea for your guests, so they won’t be waiting while you have your photos done, (and a moment for them to rave about how amazing the ceremony was!)
We’ve listed some sample menu’s below so you can get an idea of what’s included. It is possible to tailor make the menu’s to cater for guests needs.

Menu as 7 choices plus (excludes Curried Samosa’s)
Oysters Kilpatrick Fresh Mussels serviced with a creamy chili Vinaigrette
Vegetarian Options can be added to the above menus from NZD$2 (AUD$1.70) per person
The Wedding Dinner Reception
Depending on your Wedding group the Crown Beach Resort can offer a location for you and your group to celebrate the Newlyweds.

Wedding Function Menu has been created to give you flexibility to design your buffet to suit your guest.
You can choose

Buffet Menu including table setup and decoration NZD$75.00 (AUD$65) per person
Alternatively you can reduce the choices offering the menu at NZD$55 (AUD$47) per person

For this option there will be an extra table set up fee of NZD$200 (AUD$166) per table
On Tuesday the resort offers a themed buffet – Island night (not a private set up)
Which includes a Buffet dinner and dance show from NZD$55 (AUD$45) per person
Venues
For larger groups the Crown Beach Resort recommends your reception be held in the newly built function centre. For smaller groups less than 15 guests the reception can be set up on the beach.
Just the Two of You
A Romantic Champagne Candlelit dinner for two is included in your Dream or Royal wedding package. Your table will be set up on the beach or at the Gazebo surrounded with tiki torches to set the mood as you both celebrate your new life together.
The Cake
Slice of Heaven Cakes will supply your Wedding Cake. There are 4 sizes ranging from 6-12 inch. Your wedding cake will include ribbon and flowers to suit your bouquet. Flavours to choose are Moist Chocolate, Coconut, Banana, Lemon or Tropical. Or you can opt to upgrade your cake to include Light fruit, moist chocolate carrot, white chocolate mud or moist carrot. All cakes are decorated with white frosting, chocolate icing, cream cheese icing or Vienna cream icing.
The Drinks
Drinks can be based on consumption. It is easier to work with a bar tab for smaller groups, suggested amount is $500.00, for bigger groups $1000.00. You can select the drinks options you wish to offer your guests.
