The Cocktail Reception
This is a great idea for your guests, so they won’t be waiting while you have your photos done, (and a moment for them to rave about how amazing the ceremony was!)
We’ve included a package so you can get an idea of what’s included. It is possible to tailor make the menu’s to cater for guests needs.
Platters (1 Platter serves 8 to 10 Guests)
Choose a maximum of 5 varieties to each platter from NZD$55 (AUD$46) per platter

The Wedding Dinner Reception
The party starts at approximately 7.00pm. If you want a private option a Marquee for small groups below 30 is available.
There is no standard procedure to the night so we can tailor make it to suit your requirements. A sample procedure would go something like this:

Romantic Dinner for Two
Enjoy your special moment with a Romantic Dinner for 2 under the stars in a private “Sanctuary’ location amidst the volcanic black rocks or from the privacy of your room on the Balcony or Beach front.
If you want to be spontaneous and be whisked off to a private island to enjoy your Romantic Dinner this can be easily arranged.

Reception – Menu Packages (Maximum 30 Guests)
Pacific Beach Resort Aitutaki is a boutique resort which offers you a high level of attention and service. You can create your own set menu for your Wedding, you can choose from the Chef’s most recommended dishes
We will provide you with the menus for you to select your dishes.

- All main courses are served with seasonal steamed vegetables.

You can choose from a whopping 13 mouth watering desserts for you to add to your Wedding Menu

You may choose up to 5 dishes from each category for you guests to make their own selection on the night.

Ribbon and fresh flowers to decorate

How many guests will the above cake sizes feed? Well a 6 inch approx 6 guests and 8 inch suitable for 10 guests. If you have additional guests a cake size can be created to match your guest number, pick your shape and cake and we can get the price for you.

The Entertainment
If you want to bring your own sounds the Pacific Beach Resort has Ipod facilities available. Alternatively you may opt for a DJ or the local Island String Band.
