This is a great idea for your guests, so they won’t be waiting while you have your photos done, (and a moment for them to rave about how amazing the ceremony was!)
We’ve included a package so you can get an idea of what’s included. It is possible to tailor make the menu’s to cater for guests needs.
Bronze Selection: NZD$10 (AUD$8.50) per person

The Wedding Dinner Reception
The party starts at approximately 7pm! There is no standard procedure to the night so we can tailor make it to suit your requirements. A sample procedure would go something like this:

Romantic Dinner for Two NZD$220 (AUD$183)
What better way to start married life as you enjoy your first meal together under the stars! Choose your private site either in the tropical gardens, white sandy beach or your room balcony. This package includes three course set menu (selected by you), bottle of Deutz, white line table cloth and chair covers with organza ties, flame torches and a floral centre piece on the table.
Pacific Elegance Marquee Reception Package NZD$1080 (AUD$900)
This package includes up to 20 guests. Each additional guest is NZD$30 (AUD$25) per adult
Includes:
- White Marquee set up on either Muri Beach or Landscaped Gardens
- Fairy and spot lights
- White linen table clothes
- Chair covers
- White linen napkins wrapped in banana leaves
- Tea light candles
- Floral centre pieces on the table
- Personalized menu for each guest
Pacific Deluxe Marquee Reception Package NZD$1700 (AUD$1415)
This package includes up to 20 guests. Each additional guest is NZD$35 (AUD$29) per adult
Includes:
- White Marquee set up on either Muri Beach or Landscaped Gardens
- Fairy and spot lights
- White linen table clothes
- Chair covers
- White linen napkins wrapped in banana leaves
- Tea light candles
- Floral centre pieces on the table
- Personalised menu for each guest
- Traditional vaka used to present the buffet (garden weddings only)
- Glass bowls with floating tea light candles and flowers
- Cream organza table runners and chair ties
- White organza ceiling hangings
- Kikau (coconut fronds) plaited on each pole
- Flame torches surrounding the marquee
- Single bloom flower for each guest

How many guests will the above cake sizes feed? Well a 6 inch approx 6 guests, 8 inch suitable for 10 guests, 10 inch 15 guests and 12 inch 20 guests. If you have additional guests a cake size can be created to match your guest number, pick your shape and cake and we can get the price for you.
The Drinks
Drinks can be based on consumption. Or you may opt for a bar tab.
The resort allows the following BYO:
Maximum of 6 bottles of wine or bubbles per 10 guests
(ie. 12 bottles for 20 guests, 18 bottles for 30 guests)
The corkage is charged is NZD$15 (AUD$12.50) per bottle of wine and
NZD$20 (AUD$16.50) per bottle of bubbles
