The Wedding Reception
The Pearl offers many venues for your wedding party to create those lasting memories. Your reception can be held at the Beach Bar, Mantarae Restaurant and The Country Club. We do recommend if you have more than 25 guests and would like the set menu the Mantarae Restaurant is just fantastic.
Just the Two of You…
A private dinner for two can be tailored for your very first meal as husband and wife.
The Cocktail Reception
This is a great idea for your guests, so they won’t be waiting while you have your photos done, (and a moment for them to rave about how amazing the ceremony was!)
We’ve listed some sample menu’s below so you can get an idea of what’s included. It is possible to tailor make the menu’s to cater for guests needs.
You can choose your Canapés as per the Menu
Package 1:
Choice of 2 cold and 2 hot canapés
1st Hour: FJD 22 (AUD$18) per person
Extra hours: FJD 12 (AUD$10) per person per hour
Package 2:
Choice of 3 cold and 3 hot canapés
1st Hour: FJD 26 (AUD$21.50) per person
Extra Hours: FJD 15 (AUD$12.50) per person per hour
Package 3:
Choice of 4 cold and 4 hot canapés
1st Hour: FJD 30 (AUD$25) per person
Extra Hours: FJD 18 (AUD$15) per person per hour
The Wedding Dinner Reception
The party starts at approximately 7.00pm. Enjoy wonderful food from Mantarae Restaurant, or have a casual and relaxed dinner at the Beach Bar.
There is no standard procedure to the night so we can tailor make it to suit your requirements. A sample procedure would go something like this:

Table decorations/Set-Up: FJD 65 (AUD$54) per table
Includes White chair covers, table runners (colour of choice) candles and confetti
The Cake
Cakes are designed to order and can be copied from your photos and tailor-made just the way you want it.
The Drinks
The bar works on a tab system where you may choose to a set limit for the duration of the event. When the limit is approaching you will be notified to extend or close the tab. You can specify the drinks that will be offered during your event. All beverages are charged on consumption basis.
