The Cocktail Reception
This is a great idea for your guests, so they won’t be waiting while you have your photos done, (and a moment for them to rave about how amazing the ceremony was!)
We’ve listed some sample menu’s below so you can get an idea of what’s included. It is possible to tailor make the menu’s to cater for guests needs.
Cocktail Menu: Min 20 – Max 60 Guests
A selection of 6 hot hors-d oeuvres per person from ST$35 (AUD$29) per person
- Please note the cocktail menu is additional to a dinner menu and cannot be used as an alternative.
The Wedding Dinner Reception
Depending on your Wedding group the Sinalei Reef Resort can offer a location for you and your group to celebrate the Newlyweds.
Just the Two of You
A romantic dinner for two on the pier with a bottle of wine is included in your pamper package, what a way to start you life as husband and wife.

Guests can choose 1 dish from each course selection, there are 2 Soups, 5 Entrée, 5 Main and 2 Desserts from ST$120 (AUD$66) per person plus Vagst
You can hire exclusive use of a reception venue for group sizes 20 plus

The Drinks
Drinks can be based on consumption. We recommend a tab and you select a Red & White wine, local beer (Vailima Export) Juice and water.
The Entertainment
- CD player - free of charge. We encourage couples to bring their own Cd’s or Ipod
- Resorts PA Systems – fee ST$100 (AUD$55)
- DJ approx ST$245 (AUD$136) per hour with a minimum of 4 hours
- One-man Band ST$200 (AUD$111) per hour for a minimum of 4 hours
