Poolside Cocktail Party – Following the ceremony enjoy a selection of tropical cocktails, local beer and imported wines accompanied by gourmet canapés and cocktail platters, including seafood & Mediterranean selections from AUD100.00 per person
Sunset Cruise Cocktail Party – Board your private sailboat for a sunset cruise in the protected waters of Port Vila Harbour. As the sun sinks into the Pacific Ocean enjoy a selection of seafood, cheeses, homemade crossinis & dolmades, washed down with local beers, imported wines, soft drinks and juices from AUD150.00 per person

Candlelight Dinner – The ideal end to a perfect day in paradise. Enjoy a sumptuous three course meal, with sparkling wine, in the privacy of your balcony. Crisp white line, chairs dressed with chair-covers and bows, the riotous colours of tropical blooms and the romance of flickering candles from AUD$150

Barefoot Beach Party – Min 20 Guests
Kick up you heels and the sand and party the night away with your guests: Your private white sand beach is yours for the evening. As the waters of the ocean lap gently on the beach they reflect the sparkling fairy lights and tiki torches set around your dining area. Coconut Coladas (presented in the shell) as your guests arrive, tropical petals scattered on the tables and the sand, floral and candle centerpieces all capture the beauty of the tropics.
As your guests feast on a sumptuous seafood banquet, beach barbeque or 3 course dinner the band will entertain with dinner and background music, cranking up the beat and the volume when its time to party. As you prepare to cut your traditional French Croquembouche wedding cake French champagne will be served to your guests to toast your new life.

Melanesian Feast from AUD $130 per person
Celebrate your marriage island style and treat your guests to a traditional Melanesian Feast. Begin with a taste of Kava at the island Nakamal, this is followed by a feast of local Melanesian dishes prepared in a traditional ground oven. Several western dishes compliment the buffet to provide tastes to suit everyone.
Two of Vanuatu’s most highly respected custom dance groups will perform traditional dance and song, with a commentary on the rich Melanesian culture. Your guests will also enjoy local draft beer, red and white wines and a selection of soft beverages. Tiki torches & bonfires with traditional dressing will capture the atmosphere for this beachside event.
Seafood Soiree – from AUD $235 per person
A very special event to celebrate a very special day. Held either poolside or a private white sand beach, local Ni_Vanuatu children greet your guests and present them with hanmade floral leis while Polynesian dancers serve them Coconut Coladas presented in freshly harvested coconut shells. Enjoy a stunning array of seafood, served either as a buffet or imperial banquet style, accompanied (of course) by chilled champagne. Relax and enjoy while the Houlka Polyensian Dancers perform a number of traditional dances, taking guests in hand to teach them some simple steps.
Popular local duo ‘Crowning Moments’ will also entertain with a repertoire of popular dance floor hits from the 60’s to now. This stunning event is enhanced by the riotous colours of floral centre pieces with tropical petals, candles and shells scattered across the table while tiki flares light up the area.
