We just wanted to say a big thank you for all the work you put in for our special day. Even though we had a few hiccups along the way, everything about the day was perfect. Even though we had to move the ceremony inside (due to a torrential downpour), the staff at the Andaman did a brilliant job of decorating the room with flowers and giving it a really nice feel and the MC was fantastic.
The reception was amazing with great food and lots of drinks flowing. I'm sure they will rethink the open bar option after a combined Australian/Scottish wedding. We even had a laugh when the DJ played 3 songs twice. He must have thought he was onto something with 'Love Shack' so why not play it again?
Unfortunately the night went way too fast but the offshoot was that we got to spend quality time with family and friends for the next 6 days.

Thank you so much for coordinating our wedding and for the beautiful flowers we received on Friday!
Our wedding day was lovely and the people there really looked after us. We were upgraded to a better room as soon as they realized we were getting married there, and they decorated out bed with rose petals the night before and the night of our wedding.
Sukura, the sales and marketing lady, was lovely and very helpful, the Master of Ceremonies couldn’t have been a nicer guy, the photographer was very impressive and the flowers and dinner were beautiful. Everything went perfectly. They also gave us a wedding cake, which wasn’t park of the package, and we got 72 photos (in an album) whereas I think the package only said 36.

The wedding day was fantastic! Everything from the resort, the food, Satinee was excellent. It truly was a perfect day.

Angela was our savior. Her experience was excellent with past weddings including her own and her advice was spot on. I could never thank her enough for helping make my wedding day perfect!

Having an overseas wedding is something both Nick and I highly recommend to any couple getting married.
You would think that having to plan a wedding overseas would be more stressful than having your wedding at home- quite contrary.
Angela our wedding planner organized everything from invitations, flights and accommodation for us and all of our guests, our honeymoon and all the finer details such as flowers and cake.
Angela even helped me decide on my bridesmaid dresses and accessories!
Thanks so much to ‘Wedding Destinations’, Nick and I had the most amazing wedding day and holiday enjoyed by all, and the fact that everything was stress free was fantastic.
Due to the organization by ‘Wedding Destinations’ made it an experience we will never forget.

Everything was organized with the utmost attention to detail. The ceremony was beautiful, the flowers were amazing and there were so many of them!!!
The dinner set up was also beautiful and more than we expected, along with the photography. The hair and make-up service was also fantastic; everyone went to a great deal of effort to make our day special for us.
They definitely exceeded our expectations!!!
Wedding Destinations made the process so much easier as they were able to answer any questions. They organized everything we wanted, especially from the legal perspective. So much less stress for us!!

The staff at Evason were absolutely wonderful. You were right; the Evason was the most magical location for a private, romantic wedding.

We would like say a special thank you to ‘Wedding Destinations’ and the Le Meriden Beach Resort Phuket for the most amazing wedding day we could have ever imagined. Thanks to Angela for all her hard work, everything fell into place and all run smoothly through the whole day.
The ceremony and reception were more than we could have hoped for. The decorations and set up were amazing for both the ceremony and reception, with ice sculptures & Sawandee the baby elephant who escorted me (Bride) down the isle.
The Le Meridien Beach Resort was the perfect place for our perfect day. We would defiantly recommend other couples wanted to get married abroad to consider Le Meridien Beach Resort, Phuket.

We had a wonderful time in Thailand. The people were amazing. The wedding was just incredible. They did everything we wanted, and did it perfectly.
The weather was perfect, although we were a little disappointed when we discovered that dinner was not set up outside, instead it was next to the restaurant. When we went outside to release the lanterns we found that it had been raining earlier, and this is why they made the change. Eating inside was beautiful though, they brought inside our archway, and all of the flowers.
Mr Surin (wedding co-ordinator) and Marek (the celebrant) were just fantastic. Mr Surin made sure that everything was perfect, even last minute things, like our music which he only received about 10 minutes before the ceremony! He was amazing.
Everyone that attended was blown away. They could not believe that something so amazing could be so well organised from the other side of the world. So thank you so very much. We really appreciate everything, and it is definitely a day that we will never forget!

Thank you to karan for planning our absolutely beautiful wedding on 24 August 2008 at Merlin Beach Resort. The staff at Merlin were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for them. From the day spa staff doing our hair and make-up to the waiters servicng our wedding dinner, everything was above and beyond exceptional. Our flowers were gorgeous, the baby elephant a highlihgt, the thai classical dancers and lanterns on the beach night left not only our guests oohing and aring but also other visitors to the resort. Many of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Even resort guests at breakfast the next day came up to us to say how beautiful the wedding was.
One of our highlihgts was to see a group of young children fresh out of the pool chomping at the bit to get close to the baby elephant. Teh excitment and somehow we think it was the highlight of their trip to Thailand. The day was one we will never forget and we are looking forward to going back there to celebrate our first wedding anniversay.

We just wanted to say Thank You to Wedding Destinations and especially Angela for organising our wedding. The day could not have gone any better. Angela took care of everything there and all I had to worry about was the invitations and my dress. Karan was extremely helpful. We changed our plans around a few times and she was always happy to assist. Our odd working hours would've made it impossible to plan this ourselves. The wedding day was perfect and the lead up was completely stress free thanks to Wedding Destinations.
Merlin Beach - Mr & Mrs Cassells
Having our wedding at the Merlin Beach Resort was a easy decision for Nath and I, But with the help of Annika and her guiding me it was a very easy thing to plan too. The Merlin Beach were very helpful with any request I had from the colours to the flowers, people told me that it wouldn't be the same as getting married here but in my opinion it was better and stress free..
Annika was able to help with any problem we had even down to mother of the bride problems which was great for me and she guided me in decisions that I was having trouble with, for example i wasn't going to have my make up done by the resort, I was just going to do it, but she suggested that to get the best out of my photos to get it done and i'll be forever greatful i did. . I love my photos and cant stop looking at them.
Having the chance to have a baby elephant was the icing on the cake, the whole resort came to see the elephant, it was a wedding present that i would of never been able to have here and i'll never forget it..
The photographers were great, they went above and beyond what you would get here and the price is fantastic and the album they put together was fantastic! In the end i got nearly 2000 photos of everyone at my wedding, from the kids blowing bubbles to us girls out on the dance floor..
The food was fantastic the whole day ran so smoothly, it was raining in the morning so they were setting up inside but i really wanted the ceremony outside and when the weather cleared up they moved the ceremony outside without a word of complaint. The ceremony site was just as beautiful as was the ceremony and the reception setup was exactly what I wanted "one big U shaped table" so it felt like everyone was sitting together and we could see everyone..
I HAVE NO REGRETS.... I want to go back for our 1st year anniversary and again to renew our vows at 10 years..
The Merlin Beach were fantastic with our kids as we have 4 girls. The staff couldnt do enough for us, when they saw us coming down to breakfast they were getting high chairs so we didnt have to worry the barmen at the swim up bar would play with them...
All I can say is a huge THANK YOU to Annika she is fantastic at her job and she couldnt do enough, we weren't a easy group to deal with, from last minute cancellations and people travelling then not travelling again..
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.. We had a fantastic time..
